Overview

Sirro ("we", "us", or "our") provides a library for saving and reusing development assets through our website, waitlist, dashboard, beta, and agent connections. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly and data generated when you use Sirro:

• Waitlist details, which are the email address you submit and, if you use one, a referral code.
• Account details such as your email address and password, once you have an account.
• Assets you save, including names, code, links, Packs, tags, and related metadata. Images are not saved with a component.
• Workspace membership and the preferences you set in the product.
• Connection records from browser Allow, and API keys when an install cannot Connect. We store API keys in hashed form, not in plain text.
• Billing status for a paid plan. Card numbers are handled by Stripe. We do not store your full card number.
• Basic technical data such as browser type, IP address, and request logs needed to operate and secure the service.

How we use information

We use your information to:

• Keep the waitlist and send the one launch email we promised.
• Create and manage your account and workspace.
• Store, organize, and retrieve the assets in your library.
• Authenticate connections and API requests from your tools.
• Run billing for a paid plan.
• Improve reliability, security, and product performance.
• Respond to support requests and communicate about the service.

We do not sell your personal information.

How we share information

We share information only when needed to run Sirro, comply with law, or protect our users. This includes infrastructure providers that host the application and database, and Stripe when you pay for a plan. Those providers may only process data on our instructions, or under their own terms when they are the payment processor. If you use Sirro with a team workspace, assets and workspace details may be visible to other members of that workspace according to product permissions.

Data retention

We keep your account and library data while your account is active. If you delete your account or specific assets, we remove or anonymize that data within a reasonable period, except where we must keep records for legal, security, or backup purposes.

Security

We use technical and organizational measures designed to protect your information, including encrypted connections, hashed passwords, and hashed API keys. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You can:

• Access and update account details in the product.
• Delete assets from your library at any time.
• Disconnect an agent from your library at any time. API keys exist only for installs that cannot Connect; if one is exposed, contact us and we revoke it.
• Leave the waitlist or ask us to delete that email.
• Delete your account from the account menu in your library, or by contacting us.

Children

Sirro is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date at the top of this page. Continued use of Sirro after changes become effective means you accept the updated policy.
