Terms of Service

Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Sirro, including our website, waitlist, dashboard, beta, APIs, and agent connections (collectively, the "Service"). By joining the waitlist, creating an account, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

The Service

Sirro lets you save development assets such as components, prompts, patterns, links, and Packs in a personal or team library, then retrieve or compose them through supported AI coding tools. The public product is not fully open. The waitlist is how you ask to be told when it launches. The beta is a separate, earlier library for people who already have access. We may update, add, or remove features over time.

Accounts

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account, including API access through your keys.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Sirro. If you use Sirro on behalf of a company, you confirm that you have authority to bind that company to these Terms.

Your content

You retain ownership of the assets and other content you store in Sirro. You grant us a limited license to host, process, back up, and display that content only as needed to provide and improve the Service.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to store and use any content you add to Sirro.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive activity.
• Attempt to access another user's account or data without permission.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, including by overloading systems.
• Reverse engineer or misuse the Service except where permitted by law.
• Upload malware or content that infringes someone else's rights.

API and integrations

Connecting a tool is a sign-in and an Allow in the browser. The agent keeps a token for that workspace. API keys exist only for installs that cannot Connect that way. You must keep tokens and keys confidential and revoke them if they are exposed. Do not put an API key in chat or in a public repository. We may rate limit or suspend access that threatens service stability or security.

Plans and payment

Paid plans are offered alongside a free plan. The current prices, limits, and what each plan includes are on the pricing page, and again before you are charged. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card number. A paid plan renews until you cancel it in the billing portal. Taxes may be added where required. Free features may change. Joining the waitlist does not reserve a price or a date.

Termination

You may stop using Sirro at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for other users, or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends, though some sections of these Terms will continue to apply.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sirro and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or one hundred US dollars.

Changes

We may modify these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide notice through the Service or by other reasonable means. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
